Holly Forrest - Holistic Fitness - Health, Fitness, Wellness and Mindset Coaching - Newbies and AIPers

Hello fabulous people! My name is Holly Forrest and I'm a personal trainer and health coach who has been helping people transform their health through fitness and wellness for 25 years.  I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and a personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  I'm also a certified Autoimmune Protocol Health Coach.

I especially enjoy working with newbies to health and fitness, taking great satisfaction when they see every aspect of their lives transformed by better health and fitness, not having them do burpees to the death in the process.  My philosophy is that exercise should be used as a tool to improve your fitness level so you're able to do the things you enjoy most in life; exercise should not BECOME your life.

In addition, I am well-equipped to work with those having autoimmune health issues, such as lupus, MS, Hashimoto's, et cetera.  Having had Epstein Barre Virus, and subsequently chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, I understand that these folks need a much slower, customized approach to improving their health, wellness, and fitness; otherwise it becomes a 2 steps forward, 5 steps back situation.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and laughing with my family.  I would love to hear from you if you're interested in beginning a journey to better health.  If you've tried to start healthier habits in the past and became frustrated or overwhelmed, I would be honored to help coach you through a program that really works!
